• Project Assets: Design files, requirement documents, credentials provided for integrations, and billing records.

Zaynex does not sell or broker personal or business data. Information is shared strictly with essential infrastructure sub-processors (cloud hosting, database providers, and payment gateways) or when mandated by applicable law.

Essential session cookies and non-invasive performance telemetry are utilized to preserve user states and optimize dashboard delivery. Users may disable cookie retention via browser preferences without loss of basic site functionality.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

Project records and telemetry are retained for the duration of the active engagement and subsequent statutory compliance periods. Subject to applicable jurisdiction, users may request access, rectification, or deletion of their stored personal records.

7. International Processing

Data may be hosted and routed across distributed multi-region cloud infrastructure depending on hosting vendors and service architecture.
